paired easily with my phone. The ring stays on my finger and everything is tracked from my phone. Unlike the other rings... the app is FREE. I would definitely recommend wearing the size rings for at least 24 hours...

So far so good. The ring does everything as advertised. I love the sleep tracking and stress monitoring cause those are two things I struggle with, so it helps me get insight into those areas. The ring is quite stylish and cool. It was super easy to set up through the app.

I got this fitness smart ring because I wanted an alternative to a watch and so far Ive found it to be pretty effective. I mostly use it for activity tracking, but its also helpful to see my sleep patterns. Ive yet to try the camera function, but it seems like its cool to have. For someone like me, who finds fitness watches uncomfortable - and sometimes even irritating then I would recommend this product. Its cheap and worth a try.

Works as promised right out of the box. The ring comes with a screen to display measurements and time which is great. You can also link the app to view more data on your phone. Very great product! Has been tested and works fine, very fast arrival time.
